With a group of 2 – 4 people, we can hold a version of the Springboard programme. This form of mini-group coaching can be very intensive and bring significant benefits to those involved. Decide on what’s important to you right now. Define a strategy to get you where you want to be. Practise in a safe environment, how to say “no”!
