At the BESIG Annual conference in Bielefeld last November, Michelle ran a 90 minute workshop on the topic of personal development for teachers of Business English, Despite the limited time for such a far-reaching topic, the 17 participants were able to share experiences, tips, advice and gain an insight into the possibilities available to them.

What’s your vision for the future?

In talking to a number of delegates over the two days, it became apparent that there is a need for developmental support. With this in mind, keeptraining is working, in the first instance, with ELTAS and other ELTA organisations in Germany, to provide development training for members.

The next opportunity to participate on the “What’s your Vision for the Future?” workshop is in Munich with MELTA on Saturday 17 September, 2011.
